Markers
Markers pin a moment on the timeline so you can find it again later. Each one draws as a small green tab on the ruler with a line running down through the tracks.
Add a marker
To add a marker at the playhead, press M or click the Add Marker (M) button in the tools strip on the left edge of the timeline. Pressing M on a frame that already has a marker won't stack a duplicate.
To add a marker somewhere other than the playhead, right-click an empty spot in the timeline ruler and choose Add Marker. The marker lands where you clicked.
Move a marker
Drag the marker's tab in the ruler, or drag its line anywhere in the track area.
Jump between markers
Press Shift+M to send the playhead to the next marker after it. Press Ctrl+Shift+M to jump back to the previous one.
Delete a marker
Right-click the marker and choose Delete Marker.
